He instructs him, starting what looks surprisingly close to yoga, for a man of his size and disposition.

Al studies the forms, then moves carefully to follow. He's strong, graceful, precise- all martial artist.

"Sir," he responds, soft and focused.

"Flexibility." He explains.

"And endurance. Stretch beforehand, you hold a position better."

"And relax more," he murmurs, pressing himself into a deep toe-touch, breathing slowly. He solidly grabs his heels.

"The knowledge that you're getting ready will help brace you for the play. You'll ease into the mindset you need to be in, and you'll go deeper as a consequence."

Explaining, with an approving nod.

"Imagining," he smiles, eyes shut.

Interested, tracing a fingertip down Al's spine.

His shoulders tremble, and his breathing stutters.

"Predicament bondage. It's been a long time for me."

He offers, curiously.

He lifts out of the stretch carefully.

He muses, quietly.

"How are you with water?"

Al tips his head to the side. "I don't think you're going to turn my stomach," he admits, with a smile.

"Well enough- we haven't done much with it."

"What have you gotten up to?"

Curious, in that case.

[al_truism]

"I was pushed underwater once, ages back- and Rufus and I played once. I pushed his face under."

"Any triggers I should know about?"

He got the basic ones for the gangbang, but this is a little different.

Al decides to go over the complete list, for clarity.

"It isn't an injury, but nothing should touch the back of my neck. I sometimes have issues with too many hands on me at once, especially if I'm blinded. No medical kink -- that's something only Rufus can really get me through." Al shivers. What else?

Moving to take his arms, he starts with a few loops around the chest.

Al has to laugh, sitting still and comfortable for him.

Demonstrating, slowly.
