Al had stayed over last night... and hasn't quite left this morning, either. The day is stretching on, and Barma is still beautifully comfortable, now immersed in a book, as his fingers trail through Al's hair.

"But I wouldn't exploit it, either- just kiss you each time."

Like he's kissing him now, slick fingers pressing against him.

"I'd fall for you, very slowly, in denial the whole time."

Al squirms against the touch, a little breathy.

"You'd wake up with your leg cuff gone."

As the first one pushes inside.

"I'd leave."

Breathy.

"I wouldn't stop you."

He smiles.

"And show up on your windowsill that night. With a knife."

"I'd sleep on, quiet and vulnerable-"

Nibbling up Al's throat.

"-heartless, from the outside, except I'd be on my side of the bed. Not in the middle."

"Slip in next to you, put it up to your neck-"

Whispering.

"I'd reach out for you across the sheets in my sleep, murmur your name."

Second finger into him.

"I'd stop, let you hold me, and then press down. Just enough to nick a little. Just enough to wake you."

"My eyes would open. I'd just watch you, expressionless."

As he prepares him, slowly.

"... and I'd demand to know why you didn't catch me this time."

Softly.

"I wouldn't answer. I'd press up, heedless of the knife, and kiss you without fear."

Fingertips twisting against his prostate.

Al writhes against the sheets, gasping.

"... would pull the knife away a little, scolding you for almost cutting yourself, idiot-"

"I'd kiss and kiss you, ignoring the scolding."

Like he's doing to his throat now.

"Finally, I'd kiss you back, when I'd always turned away before, and drop the knife off the side of the bed."

It's hard for him to speak evenly.

"And in short order we'd come to where we are right now."

Pulling his hand back to lubricate himself again.

Al spreads his legs a little more, slowly. There's something a bit more guarded, but fierce, about his expression. Beneath that, a peek of vulnerability.

"No,"

He murmurs,

"Give me the real you, Al. We'll get to them next time, but I want you today."

And Al reaches up for him with a smile, pure love laid open.

Barma kisses him, and pushes in slow, taking his time.

It's still a stretch, but Al breathes deeply, kissing him back. Slow and warm and angling his hips, making sure he can take it.

"All right?"

He asks, quietly, red eyes heavy.

"Mhm." Breathy, it's all he can manage, but he brushes Barma's hair to one side of his face, so he can watch him more clearly.
